Celebrating Successful Delivery of Two Major Projects in Denmark
At Liberty Bishop International, we are proud to support global infrastructure and engineering projects by providing compliant, reliable and efficient temporary employment and payroll services. Today, we are delighted to celebrate the successful delivery of two major projects in Denmark, carried out in partnership with ERSG, who acted as the recruitment provider for both assignments.
These projects showcase the strength of our international labour engagement capabilities, our commitment to compliance and our ability to support large-scale, multi-discipline workforces across Europe.
Project 1: Electrical Workforce Delivery for Semco
Client: SEMCO Maritime
Location: Aalborg – Denmark
Project Duration: February 2025 – November 2025
Workforce Supplied: 150 workers

In summary, Semco Maritime and CS Wind Offshore were responsible for engineering, procuring, fabricating and installing the two substations of the wind farm. During the outfitting stage, key components were installed at various substation levels, including main transformers, high-level switchgear, auxiliary switchgear, control and monitoring systems, and other auxiliary equipment.
Working alongside ERSG, Liberty Bishop International delivered full temporary employment and payroll solutions for a highly skilled team of 150 electricians and related specialists supporting Semco’s project in Denmark.
Project 2: Skilled Mechanical Workforce for Fujifilm
Client: Fujifilm
Location: Hillerød – Denmark
Project Duration: February 2025 – September 2025
Workforce Supplied: 50 workers
Roles Provided: Plumbers, pipefitters, riggers, welders
Our second Danish project involved supplying and administering employment for a team of 50 skilled mechanical workers, including plumbers, pipefitters, riggers, and welders. With ERSG coordinating recruitment, Liberty Bishop International ensured that every worker was onboarded smoothly, paid accurately, and supported with fully compliant employment structures aligned with Danish regulations.
The ‘Milky Way’ project in Hillerød, Denmark, involved the massive €1.5 billion expansion of the contract manufacturing facility of FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB), adding significant capacity for biologics and advanced therapies. The project aimed to create thousands of jobs and boost Denmark’s role in the global pharmaceutical industry by expanding the facility to over 51,500 square metres.
As demand grows across Europe for compliant, scalable contractor engagement services, Liberty Bishop International remains committed to supporting organisations with:

We’re proud of the teams who delivered these Danish projects and excited for what’s ahead as we continue to support complex and large-scalce operations.
